Bespoke Tooling Service
At RTL, we have our own technical department where we are able to design and manufacture high quality custom & bespoke tooling for your company.
We can provide custom tools to your specific requirements based on a sketch, drawing or information on what you need the tool for.

If possible please include on your email some sort of sketch or cad drawing of the profile you would like.
Exact tool dimensions (i.e. diameter, length of cut, shank size), material grade (i.e. TCT, Tungsten carbide or PCD) profile type, flute form, number of flutes, rotation and material to be cut. The more information you can provide the better we can quote your request.
Once this information has been received we will be able to provide you with a full quote and lead time for production.
